5 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Bogoria & Baringo
DAY 1 HIPPO AT LAKE BARINGO We shall leave Nairobi at 0900 hrs for Lake Baringo where we shall spend the night. The attraction of the lake apart from it's scenic magnificence are the hippos and crocodiles that are considered harmless by the locals who fish next to them. However visitors are more entranced by the multitude of birds.Bird watching is usually done by boat.Other activities around include fishing,water sports or a visit to the Njemp village where traditional crafts and dancing can be enjoyed. DAY 2 We shall start the day with bird watching at the lake Bogoria nearby which has a spectacle of flamingoes and other bird species.Game is far from plentiful here but this is the most likely place in Kenya to photograph the Greater Kudu.
